FAQs

How is online coaching beneficial?

Online coaching gives you the flexibility to train on your own schedule while still having expert guidance at your side. You’ll save money compared to in-person training, but you won’t sacrifice quality support. All you need to do is send our coaches short training videos and fill out your customized progress sheet. In return, we give you personalized feedback, quick responses, and a plan built around your goals. You stay in control of your time, and we make sure you’re on the right path.

What do you mean when talking about “mentality”?

Powerlifting is as much a mental game as it is a physical one. Confidence, focus, and stress management often determine progress just as much as strength training itself. That’s why one of the first things we do is learn what you enjoy most in your training. We won’t overhaul everything you’ve been doing; we’ll build on it and refine it to get you to your goals faster.

Our mission is to help you overcome fear, boost your confidence, and create the mindset needed to step into the gym and onto the platform, ready to perform at your best.

can I join if i am not experienced?

Absolutely! We welcome beginners who are just stepping into the gym for the first time, as well as experienced lifters preparing for competition. No matter where you’re starting, we’ll meet you there and guide you forward with the right mix of support, education, and accountability.

how expensive is coaching?
